● It adopts a 360° rotating cylinder for high printing speed. The outer surface of the printing cylinder is made of stainless steel 304, ensuring high precision and smoothness, making it durable and precise. The gripper features a flexible spring adjustment range, allowing easy adjustment for different paper thicknesses.
● The 90° tilting delivery table allows easy screen cleaning and loading/unloading. A micro-adjustment device provides full-directional screen positioning. If a malfunction occurs, the screen can be moved out for troubleshooting and return without re-registration, saving time and improving efficiency.
● The automatic offset feeder and pre-stacker cart, together with the non-stop stacker, increase production efficiency by more than 20%. The versatile feeding system can handle single-sheet or continuous paper feeding and can be freely switched according to the thickness and material of the substrate. The paper loading and feeding detection system prevents double sheets.
● The screen frame and printing blade holder are clamped by pneumatic pressure, providing more stable squeegee pressure.
● The CNC electronic registration system automatically aligns the paper when it reaches the front and side guides. In case of minor misalignment or shifting, the machine automatically stops or lifts the pressure, ensuring high registration accuracy and effectively reducing the waste rate.
● The centralized lubrication control system automatically lubricates the main drive and key components, effectively extending the machine's precision and service life.
