product Advantages

● Snow unit transmission using flat belt, can make the product detonated snow ink, the paper will not produce network shadow.
● MK wrinkle lamp for 40W × 4, divided into 4 groups of independent control, the light distance can be adjustable.
● KF Leveling Lamp: 2.5KW× 2 lamps, controlled in two separate groups, provide better product leveling. The UV curing mechanism features a special ultra-low temperature design. With the proprietary patented technology, the product temperature after curing remains below 55°C upon exiting the UV unit, preventing deformation that could otherwise cause paper jams and registration errors.
● Snowflake Lamp: Equipped with 8KW×1 lamp, independently controlled via a stepless dimming electronic power supply with an adjustable range of 10%–100%. This allows the customer to vary the lamp power to achieve the desired snowflake pattern on the product.
● Equipped with a microcomputer touch screen control and a one-key top cover lift-up function.
● Equipped with photoelectric sensor and pneumatic mesh belt for automatic deviation correction.
● The equipment adopts modular configuration to facilitate the possibility of adding other functional units in the future.
● Snowflake lamps can be directly replaced from the side of the equipment during routine maintenance.
