UV curing uses three 10KW UV mercury lamps, controlled by a stepless dimming electronic power supply with an adjustable range of 25%–100%. Customers can freely adjust the curing power according to product curing requirements to achieve precise results. Additionally, the stepless dimming electronic power supply saves 15%–20% energy compared to traditional transformer + capacitor configurations.

● The UV curing mechanism features a special ultra-low temperature design. With its independently developed patent, the product temperature after curing remains below 55°C upon exiting the UV unit, preventing deformation that could otherwise cause paper jams and misregistration.
● The light box is equipped with a paper jam prevention mechanism (piano wire frame).
● The UV conveyor uses a high-temperature resistant Teflon mesh belt.
● The equipment is equipped with a paper passage sensor. When no paper is detected, the UV lamp automatically switches to standby power to save energy.
● The equipment is configured in a modular configuration to facilitate the possibility of adding other functional units in the future;
● The top lid of the UV box features one-key lift-up and lowering using a cylinder, facilitating daily inspection and maintenance.
