● Fast cold foil stamping speed, foils saving, wide application
● The double station mode is superior to the single station, by separating the cold foil stamping and cast cure function, the structure is more reasonable. Besides during the production process, it can greatly reduce the changeover time of the two processes (cast cure film and cold stamping foils), the operation is more convenient and efficient.
● Intelligent servo electronic control system: adopting the high-performance PLC as the main control, servo motors assisting in actions, thus it has the high performance and fast response speed.
● Cold stamping foil step function: it has obtained multiple national invention patents and utility model patents with the function of multi foil steps in one single paper and foils pulling back, etc. In high-speed operation, it can save the foils greatly.
● Cast cure function: Equipped with multiple patented systems, automatic tension correction system, curved platform can ensure the high-quality products. Cast cure films can be reused for more than 20 times.
