● The left and right sides of the machine are equipped with push and pull gauge devices and photoelectric monitoring devices to meet the printing requirements on both sides of paper of different grammages. The upper and lower cams drive the push and pull gauges to push and pull the printing sheets to the accurate position, ensuring precise registration. Moreover, it can be freely switched and used according to the needs of different printing sheets.
● The pushing and drawing device on the screen master frame and the screen plate fine-adjusting device are used for setting the right screen frame position for the purpose of accurate registration.
● The drawer-style design of the screen frame allows it to be pulled out as a whole, which not only facilitates the calibration and adjustment of the screen plate and printed sheets, but also makes the cleaning and loading/unloading of the screen plate convenient.
● The newly designed ink receiving tray is pulled out together with the screen frame when the entire screen frame is drawn out, preventing ink from the ink return blade and the squeegee blade from dripping onto the cylinder.
● The front lay and the flat paper pressing tongue in front of the cylinder replace the traditional hook-shaped front guide. Brush roller paper feeding replaces the traditional steel ball and glass ball paper feeding. In addition, the vacuum adsorption function on the surface of the feeder table ensures that even thin paper can be conveyed smoothly. This solves the problem of the printed surface being scratched during multiple print passes
● The machine can be running in sheet-fed or stream-fed mode according to different printing Sheets. The feeding board with vacuum suction function feeds the paper to the end stop of the Cylinder smoothly, especially for those thin paper.
● This machine can be running in sheet-fed or continuous paper feeding according to the requirements of the printed product. The vacuum adsorption function on the surface of the feeder table ensures that even thin paper is smoothly conveyed to the paper stop (front guide) at the cylinder.
